Home Staging Installation

Our Home Staging Installation service provides full implementation of the staging consultation/assessment for the client. Based on our initial consultation, MAISON will provide the client with a contract and itemized checklist of work to be completed, and then complete the approved checklist on a mutually appropriate timeline.

This service could include shopping for and/or renting new items, implementing new paint color choices, hands-on furniture and home decor placement, decluttering/depersonalizing, organizing cabinets and closets, neutralizing spaces and minimizing less desirable areas of the home. When the home has sold, MAISON returns to remove any items in the home not belonging to the client.

*If you choose to hire MAISON for your staging installation, your consultation fee is applied toward the final installation fee.
