Room Refresh

Not selling, but just want a home design refresh? Maybe you have a family gathering or event coming up and simply want to spruce up a room of your home? A Room Refresh is an excellent and affordable way to transform your space.

This service begins with an initial consultation, during which we discuss what room(s) you would like refreshed, your style preferences and goals, current likes/dislikes and any practical needs you have within each space (i.e. storage needs, play spaces, organization, etc.). We also take an assessment of furniture, lighting, artwork and home décor that you already own and would like to use in the space.

Following our consultation, MAISON provides a written report on how we can create a fresh, bright and beautiful space using your own furnishings, as well as recommendations for new paint colors, art, accessories, linens or other nominal items at a price point comfortable to you – sometimes a fresh shower curtain and a few new hand towels make all the difference.

The client is then free to “DIY” the recommendations in the report or hire MAISON at an hourly rate to complete the work.
